Now that you’ve scheduled your party, here are the next steps to make your party amazing!

STEP 1: Pick your painting at www.megmakesit.com/paintings. If you haven't already, send me a note with the painting you chose.

STEP 2: Invite your guests (personal invitations are always best, but you might consider inviting guests by text, email or facebook). Here is an example you may use:
 
Let’s get together for a paint party! An artist will lead us and make each step simple and fun - No painting experience required! The artist will bring all the painting supplies and you get to take home a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Early bird tickets cost $35 ($40 if you buy less than one week before the party) and I have _____ spots available. You’ll need to buy your ticket ASAP to reserve your spot! Here are ways you can buy tickets:

STEP 3: Sell tickets. For parties near Beaverton, Oregon, I require a minimum of $200 in tickets to be sold for your party. The 7th ticket is FREE! I also offer a discount if the host pays for all the tickets in advance (just ask!). Here are ways you can buy tickets:

You must sell the minimum number of tickets at least one week before your party!

STEP 4: Confirm your party. One week before your party, I will confirm the details with you.

STEP 5: Party day reminders:
Guests need about 2 square feet of table space and I need room to walk behind guests.  

I will arrive about one hour before your party to set up. 

I provide all the painting supplies. You provide the table(s) and chairs. Please be sure the tables and chairs are set up when I arrive so that we can start painting on time. If you wish, you can provide drinks and snacks for your guests or ask your guests to bring their favorites to share. Feel free to serve alcohol if you wish.
